I just received my new mattress yesterday. I was so happy with the service I receive. The main salesman was very knowledgeable. I had decided on a mattress but after discussing it with him I purchased a mattress for back and side sleeping. I was so glad he suggested I try it because I feel I would have purchased the wrong mattress. I had the best sleep last night than I have had in years. No aches upon waking. It was a sealy brand mattress! Thanks mattress warehouse in Wooster for your awesome service!

I went in a couple weeks ago around 7:30/8 pm the guy was super rude and very demanding I never experienced so Bad customer service we just walked out and will be giving out serivce to another mattress store!!
