RecommendedHad a great experience with Brian at the Tiverton store. He was so knowledgeable and put no pressure on me when selecting a new mattress. Their customer service, so far, has been great. I had to switch out a box springs due to my selection of the wrong size and it was no problem. Sleep Outfitters really stands behind their products. I will do business with them again.
I LOVE my new mattress and appreciate greatly the the salesman let us wander around and ask questions at our leisure. I will be back to buy our next mattress from this location!
RecommendedI purchased a king size Sealy mattress from Sleep Outfitters in May of 2015. The mattress came with a 10 year warranty. In June of 2016 my husband and I noticed that the mattress had a rather large hump in the center. I called to find out what I should do and they informed me I needed to file a claim online. At this point I am getting skeptical at what is actually going to happen but to my surprise after I filled out the form I got a call within 24 hours to schedule an inspection. RecommendedBrian help me purchase a mattress for my daughter. I told him what I was looking for and he told me about a couple different choices. After he did so he left me alone and I tried the different mattress several times. He made the buying process very easy and did not rush me along. The mattress was delivered during the two hour window.
