My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and thought we picked one we would love. After 100 days we decided it was too firm. Marc helped us fine a new mattress that was the perfect fit and met both our needs. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend coming to this store when looking for a new mattress.
I had gone to two other stores, including Macy's before coming to Sleep Outfitters. Lauren Kessinger was the most knowledgable by far and listened well!!! She gave me several options, each the firmness and value I required. Net, I didn't even go to the fourth store... No need. Would highly recommend visiting first.
RecommendedWe originally purchased a Queen size Poster-pedic mattress with an adjustable base but later switched to a King size Poster-pedic hybrid mattress and low profile box springs from Marc on Tiverton Way. We were very pleased with the customer service received in making sure we were happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Sleep Outfitters!

RecommendedI was experiencing problems with a mattress I bought in September of 2013. I walked in the Tiverton location where I purchased it, and Marc remembered me. After I got over that shock, he told me their warranty process. Someone came out, inspected the mattress, and agreed it was not holding up to their standards. They credited me the cost of the mattress and said to go pick out a new one. We walked in a few days later, dealt with Marc--which was a treat once again, and get ready for this...had the new mattress the next mornin... read more
Thank you Brian for your assistance in the purchase of our mattress and adding the pillow as well. After talking with someone about coming as early as possible on Friday morning, they would note that time. Instead it was an evening delivery. Anyway, everything worked out.
