The customer service cannot be topped!! We had to exchange a mattress by no fault of the associates, and the transaction was smooth and our sales associates, Judy and Justin, were so knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t trust your sleeping needs to any other store, especially because they don’t specialize in mattresses like Sleep Outfitters of Beckley. Sweet dreams! 🛏 😴 💤 💤
