I knew today was going to be a long day trying to find a perfect mattress that would last us for the rest of our life. We went to Beckley and shopped at sleep outfitters. The lady there was so knowledgeable about what she was talking about it absolutely amazed me. It made our job a little easier trying to pick out what was best for us. Just bought 2 mattresses for my parents. We were immediately met and greeted by Judy Page upon entering the store. She was very knowledgeable about the product and showed us exactly what we were shopping for and nothing we were not. She was extremely warm and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I wish customer service was like this everywhere. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Just stopped in to see what you had to offer and "Judy" was there to greet us. What a real treat it was to be given such special attention.
