Because they won’t come out and look at my mattress how it is sinking in the middle!
I tried a few weeks ago to submit a claim to no avail. Today I am attempting to resubmit the claim with the same amount of success. This Sealy mattress and box spring after only 3 weeks were completely unusable. My son is currently sleeping on the couch.

Litterally selling totally defective stuff and getting away with it. Delivered a adjustable base to my house today. The guys said the remote batteries didn't work and it was because they had taped it to the bed and one of the buttons were pushed down. So the batteries were dead. But after going to the store to buy batteries I found out that was not the case. I bought s bed back in 2015. The mattress has a 25 year warranty and low and behold there is an issue with my mattress. I’ve tried to call someone but that’s not an option, you can only request a call back on their website. I’ve done several times, no call back. Don’t buy a bed from this place.

Had a horrible purchasing experience at the Lima, Ohio store. Salesman was very knowledgable but was not clear with what he thought we wanted. We discussed two different beds (One King and a TwinXL pair w adjustmentd) and our final decision was the TwinXL. Somehow the salesman did not hear both my wife and I request this and was not the one he sold to us. PSA.... Don't buy a mattress from Sleep outfitters!!! Wrong mattress was delivered to me after I waited over a week since purchase, can't get my old one back due to being dirty from the delivery truck. I ordered a pillowtop plush mattress, was delivered a firm one. Local store and corporate office is doing nothing to make this right, except to order the right mattress, will get here when it gets here. I have had problems with my adjustable base. I bought the bed thinking that it would be great. First, when they installed the bed, it wasn’t the right height, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the bed on the first day. Then, one of the bases went out. I called the customer service number so that a technician could come to fix it. The repair company could not make the original appointment, so they scheduled me for another day. Just got told no that they couldn’t exchange a broken mattress and box springs that’s 4yrs old and had a little stain warning I won’t ever buy from you all ever again and none of my family will either you lost some good Customers what do they expect we had a mattress cover on it the whole time I mean you are gonna have a little bit of staining on it

Joshua, we apologize we could not exchange your mattress and box springs. Unfortunately any stain voids a manufacturer's warranty, which is their policy. While we act as a middle man to process the exchange, when applicable, the warranty is through the manufacturer.
