My fiancé and I went to Sleep Outfitters in Moundsville West Virginia on February 11, 2018 around noon to buy a new mattress. The man behind the counter did not get up to help us. One of the first things he said to us was, “we don’t work on commission”. I found that very inappropriate. We had to yell our questions across the store and he yelled the answers back.
