RecommendedWe have tried several times to buy furniture here, but it never works out.
Absolutely the worst experience we have had buying furniture! They do not post inside the store that "ALL SALES FINAL " ....ONLY on their website. So BUYER BEWARE....they will only give you store credit within 7 days....even if the furniture didn't even go into my house! It wouldn't fit....I could only do store credit! I went through my credit card company to cancel transaction but since it was posted "on a Public forum" Chase wouldn't cancel transaction. DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Worst customer service ever! If you want ripped, stained furniture by all means go right ahead. But if you want to support local, have great customer service and get the furniture you purchased take your business down the road to Kutters! Sleep Shop will be happy to take you’re money but will be the first to deliver damaged furniture and do nothing about it as it is “no longer their furniture”. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!
I will never recommend this company! Monday, June 22nd, a couple deliver guys made a delivery to a relative of mine. One of the delivery guys was rude, inconsiderate and downright careless with my relative, her property and her medical condition. I don’t know the names of your delivery guys but they were both the same height, both had short hair, one had a full beard and was quiet, polite, reserved and helpful and the other was clean shaven, rude, laughed at my relatives cancer and left furniture in the middle of the floor f... read more
