won't deliver like they promise. took a day of from work and they call 5 minutes before they are to be there to cancel. poor customer service. don't go there. go to mattress firm instead. they not only lost our mattress sale but we're getting ready to buy the remainder of our furniture in another week. lost out on that to, but they didn't care. didn't appreciate the noises the salesman made when looking or the fact we were not free to just look.
This place is a JOKE!! Purchased a couch from them August 2016. It's been back to them 3 times now for repairs. Every time it comes back it's worse! And now they say we have to go through the extended warranty to get anything fix because our store warranty is up! BS! I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else & spending a little extra.. for quality furniture then having to consistently deal with these jokers!!

We are very sorry you feel the way you do and are having problems with your furniture. Your sofa is scheduled for repair Wednesday, August 9th. The manufacturer covers parts and labor for the first year, which we try to handle for you. From that point the furniture protection plan you purchased will cover any incident, accident and most other damage. Though there are some restrictions and needs to be reported within 30 days. Again sorry for the problem.
Selection was limited and the salesman John followed me around. Nearly 2-4 steps behind me, not saying a word.... Made me feel like he was afraid I'd steal a throw pillow or something. He didn't give me enough space to shop.
