The little park for kids is the shiznit. My babies love it. The slide does get super Hot even though it is plastic lmao so be careful when it's hot outside lol you will be burnt.
Personally, I believe the management, for these properties are the most Understanding, personable people I’ve seen in a long time, especially for people that have a management position. Sleepy Hollow and Lakeside Landing have amazing, maintenance technicians and overall amazing staff. I am so happy that I chose to get my first place with them.
I scheduled a tour and on the day I get a text saying thank you for touring even though my tour didn’t start until 1:30pm I called the phone that was listed on Trulia and no one answered I called the sleepy hallow number and the lady said she couldn’t find me in the system and then told me to go ahead and go to the office I put the address in and it sent me to a home and I called back letting them know that I’m having a hard time finding the office and the lady said it’s fine that it’ll take her 5 mins to get to lot#59 I sa... read more
The living area is pretty tight but clean and neat. The road coming in and out though really needs some love. It would help keep everything cleaner and you don't have to breathe in dirt everytime someone drives by.
Cute place they're moving in brand new trailer homes. From what I've heard it's pretty affordable like $700 a month. Only 4 stars due to the small roads/yards and lack of perks. It does have a playground though
