Gerry was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable on their product offerings. They have a large selection of the different types of mattresses on display to try out. I needed an extra firm mattress and I found it there. It's a bit pricey and there is a wait if the mattress isn't in stock. However, it's worth the wait. Delivery is free. I am very happy with my new mattress. A very good experience!!! Thank you Gerry!!!

I went to slumber world to get my mom a new bed and before i went in I called and talked to Dayna (yes she's a real person the other comments talk about) and I told her what i was thinking about and what I needed and she was very easy to talk to and very friendly and knowledgeable. The moral of the story is ask for Dayna but more than likely she'll be the one you talk to anyway.

We had an excellent experience! Dayna Nedervelt, who was at the time helping at the Pearlridge location, was incredibly helpful when I purchased a Smartlife mattress. Her service was exceptional - she was attentive and knowledgeable. When we encountered a manufacturer issue a few days later, Dayna was eager to help and find a solution. Gerry was such a huge help. We originally went into Red knot for a dresser and was about to walk out cause we felt we weren't acknowledged by the staff there. I'll leave a separate review for that. But right before leaving we just found ourselves venturing towards the bed and frames in slumber world. She was personable and acknowledged us as soon as we got in. Purchased a new TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress and Ergo Smart base. Sales rep. Dayna was easy to deal with. Initially purchased a firmer mattress that needed to be exchanged for a softer one. Came back into the store and Dayna listened to our concerns. She told us to take our time feeling the mattresses out and did the exchange without any issues. Coming from a customer service background myself, first impressions are crucial in establishing a great experience for customers. The sales associate, Dayna, was awesome and helped us purchase a new mattress. She generally cared about us and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. We were able to purchase a new mattress on the last day of Memorial Day sale, which we saved thousands! We also were able to have a wonderful conversation about family and plants that her and my mother really enjoyed talking about.
