I would like to thank sales person Dayna for taking the time researching that my previously purchased mattress was still under warranty and got me $2,500 in rebate toward purchasing a new mattress. Most sales person are quick to sell you something but Dayna took the time and effort to save me money. Thank you so much Dayna. I wrote a review and didn't see it posted, so I am writing one again. I just want those who read this what a wonderful sales professional Gerry is!! It's been nearly 2 months since my husband and I bought a mattress from Gerry. We were her first customers of the day and she was ready to rock and roll for us. Slumberworld is clean and has a well organized floor layout of mattresses. Dayna helped us with our purchase of a temperpedic mattress and she was a wealth of knowledge. She was very helpful and patient throughout all of our questions. We ended up buying the temperpedic from Slumberworld and after 3 months we believed that there was something wrong with the mattress. Love the options that they have and Alia was an awesome sales person. She really listened to what we were looking for and she was able to show us the different options. I'm just sad she KO longer works there because she wasn't a very pushy sales person as most people are.
I was in the market for a queen sized bed frame, shipping to Oahu is not really logical yet alone possible from most vendors. I went to target with no luck. From there I went across the street to SlumberWorld. Today was my first time shopping at SlumberWorld Kapolei and it was absolutely amazing! Gerry, a bedding specialist, was very helpful and great. She knew exactly what she was talking about. I'm not really a fan of lectures or demanding, but she was very outgoing and gave me a couple of options for mattresses. I've been sleeping on spring mattresses and that was far from my list of options. I have a pillow top plush bed now and it is comfortable!
