My stay at SMART LIVING ON CULLEN has been utterly disappointing. Since moving in, I've encountered a host of issues. The management is unhelpful and often dismissive, showing a complete lack of concern for residents' needs. Maintenance requests take forever to be resolved, and when they are, the work is substandard. The condition of the apartments is deplorable, with constant plumbing issues, broken appliances, and pest infestations.
