Waited over an hour and ten minutes with my 17 month old to see the dentist. Just for the dentist to spend less than a minute looking at his teeth and to talk to me. Absolutely horrible experience, won’t be going back.
My Sons Grandmother has been helping take my son to all his appointments since I had twins a month ago. He has school on top of numerous therapies (he's autistic) so alot going on in our daily lives.. My son had a 4 pm dental cleaning. My mom, who never forgets an appointment, unfortunately forgot it. Waited for an hour in the lobby before I started gripping about how long it was taking to go back. I think the front desk should inform us at check-in that dentist is running behind.
My granddaughter love it. But now the dentist office does not take her insurance and my granddaughter is very upset about that.
I also was referred had a good first time experience but had to go back yesterday and the staff was not so pleasant with my 6 yrs old daughter who has a sensory disorder the nurses was very rude to my daughter made her uncomfortable I'm hoping the next dentist since how they are no longer going to take are insurance is a little more patient with her and understand children's disabilities

While the dentist we used we liked a lot, due to him praying with us before a procedure with our child and his work we recently ran into a extremely rude scheduling lady and now the director of finance and HR Anabel Acosta. Two of our children had appointments and they they both were sick the very early morning hours and had been throwing up therefore my wife called as soon as they opened to let them know they were ill with a stomach bug and wouldn't make their appointment time. I loved this facility until my children got sick. I called to cancel because my children woke up vomiting. The receptionist tells me they needed a 24hr cancellation notice. I told her they just woke up vomiting two hours before their appointment, how was I suppose to call 24 hours prior? I had no idea they would be sick. She said that I would have to provide a doctors note.
