I went for a consultation for my son to get surgery. They charged me $150 for the dentist to look at xrays my other dentist took and look in his mouth. Took a whole 15 minutes. What a rip off.
Had to wait 75 minutes from the time of our appointment to get called back, and then only because I asked twice why it was taking so long. I had to cancel another medical appointment because of the delay. Front desk was not very helpful. Safe to say we won't be back.

This place is a rip off!! I don't recommend it supposedly you are paying for an experience. The games in the lobby are dirty and don't work. My son was nervous and they did not do a wonderful job of relaxing him

I would like to begin by saying that this is NOT our regular dentist of choice. However, our family dentist doesn't see patients before 3 years old. My youngest just turned 3 in March and we scheduled her appointment with our family doctor. Her tooth started to bother her about a week before her appointment and it was to the point she didn't want to eat. I called our family dentist and they gave me the number to Smile Galaxy so that she could be seen ASAP. Upon contacting them they were able to get us in same day. Awesome! O... read more
