I would not recommend this business. We just received a phone call CANCELING an appointment we made nearly TWO MONTHS ago because “the new patient paperwork wasn’t filled out”. We were NEVER asked to complete ANY paperwork. This business had NEARLY TWO MONTHS to get a hold of us if they needed something from us, nearly two months and they call us just a few days before our appointment to CANCEL it, not to ask us to complete paperwork, but to cancel it to “accommodate other patients”. RecommendedDr. Rishita Jaju is the BEST!!! She corrected my daughter's severe lip and tongue tie at 2.5 weeks. I can't praise her enough, she's just all around fabulous.
RecommendedI can only say great things about the staff and the services received. They were able to get us in as soon as possible which was a few days and had us set up with a consult and time for a procedure if needed. The staff made us feel very comfortable by giving a tour of office and explaining everything. They all made us feel totally at ease in having my 10 day old daughter's lip and tongue tie taken care of. Dr Rishita is the best and made my husband and I feel totally comfortable and answered all questions we had.
RecommendedDr. Rishita Jaju is a breath of fresh air. She is professional, informative, warm, honest, friendly, and very good at what she does. The office is beautiful and very inviting for her target clientele, children and families. The details were right on. Dr.Rishita Jaju went out of her way to accommodate my son's medical needs, and she offered her support and expertise as long as I needed it after the appointment was complete. RecommendedI want to start by saying that I am always very cautious about doctors for my children, particularly because my oldest has many many special needs, my middle has had to see several doctors for important issues and my youngest, who was seeing Dr. Rishita Jaju for the first time at 6 months for a lip and tongue tie that we hadn't discovered until now, was born two months early.
