Then came the lady who gave me the anesthesia and she saw my fear and was so calm and gentle. And then the hygienist was there with me, chatting, and making me smile to calm my nerves. Smiles on Randolph customer service was 5 star.They gave me a tour and introduced me to everyone. Explained everything. Told me the cost of what my insurance covered and what was out of pocket before starting and after. They were very gentle. The facility was clean and very beautiful.

Fast and easy online appointment scheduling and within a week. Fast, friendly and kind personnel. Very cool doctor Hassle free on everything Excellent organization Did I mention, they are all kind? Latest technology There’s a beautiful and comfortable waiting area with a phone/computer charging station I was personally very happy about everything and everyone.

We love Smiles on Randolph! Dr. Sim is amazing and has a great personality. He does well with the whole family including making my children comfortable! It’s also nice that they offer other services. I had a mini facial with Anjelica today! It was super relaxing and Anjelica was very personable! Would highly recommend!
