Everyone was very friendly and professional, especially considering I took my kids with me. I like how the technician explained everything in detail and she was very friendly. However, my appt was scheduled for 3h30pm, I had to fill out paperwork, so maybe took me around 10 more minutes... and I wasn't called until after 4pm. I thought a tour of the place wasn't necessary for me, but I also understand they want to provide a different experience once it is the very first appt. I just wish it hasn't taken longer than one hour... read more
