Our experience with Smith Douglas was good. We lived 2 hours away and Jeanette would text us pictures almost every week to show us the progress being made. It made building a home less stressful, exciting and fun. Never came up here with dread. Only excitement and amazement at how quickly things were getting done.
Overall, I am pleased with the homebuilding process, before, during, and after construction. Of the issues that remained after closing, Crosser has done a great job addressing my concerns and delegating so that tasks are completed in timely manner.
