house is a great value
We have only been in the home for about 40 days. Not certain whether or not it would be a strong recommendation because we are still learning the components of the home, particularly with regard to quality. There are some items of concern that will be directed to the warranty department. HVAC - temperatures in rooms are not consistent. Stonework - areas of mortar that has fallen out.
