Building a home during the Covid pandemic was very challenging. However, Smith Douglas kept us informed during the entire process. There were many unforeseen obstacles beyond our or Smith Douglas’ control but they handled everything beautifully.
I feel like the craftsmanship is not very great. The representative was great to work with, but the builders and contractors could have done better.
