They were very generous, they gave us a lot of information, and they were patient. If you have problems with the mortgage the builder will help you with that.
From start to finish and PAST closing the Smith-Douglas people have been fantastic!
Overall we are satisfied with our home and the experience we had purchasing the home. We would recommend Smith Douglas but would also let future potential home owners know about some things to look out for on the construction of the home, as there were a few things that were done “good enough” but not with the highest quality care.
I'm just not pleased with the quality of the product.
