We have had an excellent experience with the builder, good about timeline, now we have moved in are really pleased with the house.
Need more choices for upgrades in appliances. Was very disappointed in the quality installed. Standard oven that is not self cleaning was huge disappointment. I am sure I will be replacing stove and dishwasher within next few months because I am used to having high quality appliances. I gladly would have paid extra for better appliances. Need options for ceiling fans and not just wired for ceiling fans.
