First time buying a new build property, could have been smoother with better communication between developer, contractors, and mortgage company. Had to pay a penalty for not closing on time and yet over three weeks after closing, still dealing with issues with the property that should have been completed before closing.
They put a bunch of cheap appliances and faucets on the house.
Sam Fulmer was knowledgeable, patient , courteous and always reaching out to see if there were any problems or if he could be of any assistance. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen to concerns and try to get them addressed as quickly as possible.
