All of our experience through the sales agent, to the builders, and the subcontractors did an amazing job.
They are very professional. Julie Budden was the agent we dealt with, and she was very good. They did a great job at communicating and the quality of the hoe was phenomenal. I would recommend Smith Douglas Homes in Georgia and Alabama. I worked with them building my home and I have also helped other people build their homes through them.
We're extremely pleased with the work that Jason, Maureen, and Connie did to get us our home. We're thrilled, very pleased with the house, everything is perfect, and every person that my wife and I worked with was amazing. If you ever get the chance to look for a new home this is who we would recommend and why.
The whole process was made to be fun. With update online of the process to pictures being sent by the staff of our new home being built- great experience.
