I love being here, and the house is very well-developed. The neighborhood is nice. Mr. Stanley was very informative and went out of his way to show me things.

The reason I don't give them 5 stars is that we ran into some issues, that delayed us in moving in after our closing date. They wanted to get the closing done, so the issues would be out of their hands. Overall, we are happy with the home, but because it was stressful we couldn't recommend to others.
