We would recommend the two primariy people we worked with Dee H., and Darryl P. Very helpful, personable, and provided information whenever I asked. I do not like the heavy weighed contract in favor of the seller in almost every area. This was our first experience with buying a home not yet built and having to make even minor decisions about the home 4 months ahead of close.
Quick response time, good scheduling of subs and sound craftsmanship. Punch lists are always a bear and no one in the industry likes them, but you have to address the little things with greater care once identified.
