My brother is purchasing a Smith Douglas home in the new Lawrenceville, GA subdivision. Beautiful homes.
After closing, there were a few issues that came up. One being that Smith Douglas had the driveways poured/cemented prior to fiber lines being installed for cable and internet service. This has been a great disappointment and inconvenience for many new residents in the Parkside community, especially for folks who work from home or do online learning.
