Why buy a house that is already built and someone else has already lived in it and it has preexisting conditions? Why not build your own home with no preexisting conditions? We love our home that we have built.

The service before the sale is good. The quality of materials and the home could be better. They also could do a better job of making sure that someone come out to fix the issues.
