My experience was better than expected. The big competitor (Uhaul) has lost a life long customer due to its none customers focus. To them I feel I'm just a number. Carlo provided excellent customer service which help us nake the switch and moved our storage. 👍👍👍

I had a pleasant experience and I am pleased that I decided on this location as I had looked at several others. The young man that helped me was very courteous and helpful. The only thing I would add is if you folks gave a discount for guaranteed long term rentals? I will be there at least 6 months up to a year. Thank you, LM
