The staff is good, and I would rate them at a 5, plus the place is clean and there is bathroom facilities open to the tenants, another plus. Getting in and out is fairly easy too. The only 2 things that I would like to see changed, are longer gate hours and 24 access on an as needed basis.

I got great quick customer service. Appreciate the speed of it all.I didn’t intend to rent a storage unit but the guy (apologize I don’t remember his name) who helped me, called me quickly and got through the paperwork effectively!!! He deserves any and all praise I can give. I work at an executive level that deals primarily with customer service and he executed perfectly! It was the afternoon of October 16th 2021.
