Fabulous!! The gentlemen who came to move my belongings were punctual, courteous, respectful, and incredibly kind! I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience!
DAMAGED FURNITURE FROM HORRIBLE LOADERS I have to replace thousands of dollars worth of furniture because the Loaders did not know what they were doing. SML has a claims department but they are never "available" and won't return calls. Stay far away from this company.
Friendly efficient service The men from SML arrived promptly and SML checked to make sure they had arrived. We were loading furniture of various sizes and weights in a 16 foot rental box truck. The men were knowledgeable in loading, padding, and securing the load. They were efficient in moving things out to load and worked non stop. The easiest move every! Penske make the move stressful but SML was the difference maker. The movers showed up slightly early but right on time, they were careful with my belongings & I made a few new friends with the movers in Saint Louis! If I ever move again, I’m using SML.
It was a great experience The 3 man crew arrived early, were enthusiastic, and polite. They efficiently packed my rented truck and unpacked it at our new home. I can’t say enough nice things about them.
Excellent job both loading and unloading. Courteous, efficient workers; nothing damaged. Full 16 foot Penske truck loaded and unloaded within the 2 hour time.
On time and quick! Crew showed up on time and we're very quick in getting the truck unloaded. They did an excellent job putting together my furniture. Very pleased with them!
