A little pricey, but great job. I needed help unloading my moving truck and SML worked with me even though (in advance) I had to change my appointment time. The men showed up on time, and were very helpful.
Make sure the crew does what is supposed to do The loading crew had no tools or dollies. If not for mine, it would have been a very long and expensive day. They left blankets and plastic wrap unused and some of my belongings were damaged in transit, not covered by the “insurance”. The unloading crew was great, though.

Great experience Both teams were terrific. Professional and careful with our things.
Overall everything went smoothly and the move was much easier on my part with all the help I got. The movers at the loading and disassembled some furniture but the movers on the unloading and said they were not required to assemble it. That was the only glitch in the move. Otherwise everyone showed up on time and had everything unloaded and moved to its respective place.
Partial Satisfaction This company promised to have movers who would disassemble and assemble what I needed them to. Also, they said the movers would shrink wrap at place of move out then unwrap at the new location. Why partial satisfaction? Well, at place of move out in San Diego, the two movers were great. They worked hard to disassemble and wrap everything I needed them to, as well as being careful with my things. Then, when I got to my new place in Fairfield, the movers there were terrible. Great job. I don't mind providing drinks and something to eat, but SML should let you know that you will most likely be doing this. I had my trucks loaded and unloaded in July here in the South and needless to say, it was hot. My movers didn't show up with anything to drink and so I ran to the store and bought some Gatorade.
Awesome experience! I was very please with the service I received for loading in Colorado and unloading in NM! Both places the movers were early, very nice and very accommodating! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend to others!
