The 2 guys were great! Hard workers, very professional! The 2 guys were very professional, They worked hard in the 93 degree weather!! They worked well together.

Incompetents did not pack truck properly ..... ugh. Solution offered by SML, hire a new crew, pay them too in order to fix what first crew did wrong .... seriously??? Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience. 2 incompetents who laughed at me when I showed up with a 26 foot truck and said they could get all items in a 16 ft truck. Told them fine, then please leave me with a few feet at the end so I could pack a few last minute items. Professional handling of furniture and loading Well done and courteous
Very efficient . The movers showed up almost 2 hours later than planned. But they had good team spirit & efficiency in service.
Had no problem with loading crew. Loading crew worked well together but unloading crew had some issues. One team member was upset with Manager about check, wanted to leave before work completed and generally caused issues with other members.
Awesome crew!!! Alex and Vlad were awesome!! They loaded the truck in one town and drove an hour to met us at our new home to unload. They hustled and got it done! We appreciated their help!!
