Inexperienced laborers and Company does not stand behind their service! We hired them because they were recommended by a reputable truck leasing company. They arrived late, the two guys they sent had NO tools to disassemble our furniture. They had to use ours. Then it took them 5 hours to load that should have only took a couple, but the laborers kept taking breaks and standing around laughing and cutting up. Super helpful We had friends help us load and hired SML to unload, it was simple and easy. We called, they showed up when they said they would and had all of our heavier stuff unloaded, without incident, in two hours. Very friendly guys and this was a great service.

Overall exceptional experience Used service for loading and unloading, both groups were hard working, conscientious and courteous. The unloading crew did not call the day before but called first thing in the morning. My husband explained how that would have taken away the anxiety and the young man said he appreciated the advice. I would definitely recommend this service!
Easy move-in The crew was on time and worked hard throughout; however, some of the large items (eg. mattress and box springs) were challenging for them, and my son and my daughter-in-law's brother had to help moving those things upstairs.
Good experience Two guys, moved my stuff, they were polite, careful and fast. I was happy with them.
