My total experience was excellent. My total experience was excellent. I had to change my scheduled time several times to no fault of my own , and they were very accommodating to meet my needs.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The movers never came and didn't call to inform me that they would not be able to help me. SML did not send replacement movers.
Happy with crew even though they broke my Elevator handbar. I liked the crew and they did a good job. Originally I thought that the handbar that the crew broke in my elevator was going to cost $2500 to replace. I sent this info to SML and received a defensive posture instead of empathy which I did not appreciate from SML. I found a guy who fixed it for $550. I paid for it myself. I would recommend the crew I had but not the people behind SML because of the attitude. O
Friendly and fast The guys were on time and worked very efficiently. We were able to get everything done in 2 hours!
