Horrible Experience Horrible customer service! They take no responsibility for the movers they hire and their actions. I had a load picked up in Charlotte and the crews did not use any of the furniture covers I provided. This lead to significant damage to my wooden furniture. I paid for the increased insurance with SML and they still refused to reimburse for the damage. The crews at the load and unload were both 2-3 hours late. Would use them again in a heartbeat! Moved from Arkansas and Alabama and used SMS on both ends. The crews were friendly and professional and we were amazed they were able to get it all done in the allotted timeline!
Long walk to POD The guys did a good job with a tough aptmt complex layout, where they had to walk 200yds to POD unit.
