Great asset in moving The customer service was excellent but the laborers were the best! They made my move look easy plus they were great people!
Great loaders The loaders were very good & professional. I was late for the unloading. I got lost, but one of the unloaders was very helpful in giving me directions & stood where I could see the storage place. I was given a piece off of a lamp, but unsure who caused the damage. My son had to assist and storage areas were poorly packed. The boxes & totes should've been placed in front for easy access, instead, they are in the back against the wall.
Quick and Efficient The guys were on time, worked quickly and were personable.

Outstanding performance and assistance We initially were unsure hw helpful our crew was going to be but they came in the middle of the showup time window we were given due to heavy rain , they backed the 26 foot truck up expertly to minimize the impact of the rain ,loaded the truck at a constant speed then while off the clock so to speak helped move the car carrier to where it could be connected and pulled the truck forward to straighten it out and helped load the car onto the carrier and secure everything , they went above ... read more
