Dissatisfied After unpacking the truck my brand new items were scratched as if it was dragged during movement The mover showed me one item that they damaged I was like okay but after unpacking every piece of my furniture were either scrached or scraped I personally contacted the mover on Friday I was very upset not to mentioned I believe they were honest I gave them a tip WOW I am very disappointed The mover asked me at the end of the move if my belongings were transported to my apartment in boxes I stated no I guess that w... read more

The guys were excellent. Highly recommend. Excellent.
Penske was a very easy experience The only challenge was when we arrived they only had a 26’ truck which was WAY too big for my needs and also too big for my husband to drive. It made our move more difficult but it was the only part of the rental experience that wasn’t pleasing.

Good Experience We were moving from Charleston, SC to Greer, SC. I had requested for loaders to come between 10-11 am. They showed up around 11 am and everything until that point was ok. All of a sudden a 2-year old child came in too. It was one of the loaders and we became very concerned for the child's safety. So, I called the company and they spoke to the loader (child's father) who said that the babysitter did not show up at the last minute, so, he had no choice but to bring the child along with him.
