Our movers were on time and did a great job! The crew that came were on time, very friendly, worked hard and followed directions. We were really glad we had chosen to hire the assistance!
Great moving experience I needed help loading the moving van with furniture and having everything secured for a 6 hour trip. The movers called with an estimated time of arrival and were there exactly on time. It took 2 hours to load and nothing was damaged upon arrival. They were professional and friendly. I would hire them again.
On time and very organized One time use to pack up and leave Arizona, well worth the time and effort. Cost was ok and the packing job of the truck was as planned. Thank You
Time doesn't seem important We used the service several times. Just kinda disappointed about time management. We had specific times we needed help but the movers kept moving their time. It wasn't reliable.
The guys worked very hard. The guys were so polite and professional and fast. They knew what they were doing and how to do it.
what do you want entered here? I had to reschedule the labor appointment multiple times due to the noreaster, and SML responded very promptly without too much hassle. I was disappointed there was a travel charge added to the bill that I was never informed of when I booked the appointment.
The best experience ever! We moved across the country (2700 miles), through rain and a blizzard, to lift up the back door of our Penske truck and see that nothing had moved was astonishing to say the least. The men were very professional loading and unloading; they were great to talk to and easy to work with. I won’t use you again. People sent didn’t wrap furniture with furniture wraps provided. Which I rented 3 dozen. Furniture RUBBED against each other. Wood furniture finish is ruined. A wicker chair had the wicker broken & can’t be repaired (it was a set). I have pictures of the damages. They tossed clothes wardrobes boxes on top of stuff instead of standing them up.
