Service was very good. Service overall was great.
Everything worked out great. The truck was unloaded quickly and all items were brought to the right rooms. Both guys were very nice! Great experience.
Great service, so appreciated the quick and professional moving help at both ends of a long move day I really appreciated the great advice from the scheduling person who recommended loading the truck the day before which allowed us leave early and avoid extra charges once we got to the new distant city. The moving help was excellent and worth every penny.

Quick, careful, effort had my truck unloaded in no time! Great help unloading truck of personal belongings. Courteous and efficient workers took great care with personal belongings, making sure everything was unloaded and placed just where I wanted it.
Moving states I moved to a different state not knowing anyone. I had simple movers reserved a week in advance. They showed up on time, unloaded my truck and put together my heavy items for me in less than two hours.
Pick up went smooth. Movers were on time, helpful and professional. At time of move in, movers did not show up, but SML got another team together to unload and it was quick and smooth. Time lost was about 1.5 hours. I would recommend SML, but was disappointed the move in movers were in San Antonio and should have been in Austin. SML got on the problem and solved the issue to my satisfaction.
