Damaged again We've used SML twice. The first time was a few years ago and we lost an heirloom mirror in the process and some furniture was damaged, then the loaders hounded us for a tip. Went very well Great service. The loading took 3 guys, 4 hours for a 26' Truck. We had pre-boxed everything and had furniture all pre-wrapped with blankets. All they had to do was load the truck. Nice job. The unload was 3 guys 2 hrs. They placed heavy furniture in rooms, boxes in garage and were done. Great service overall. Didn't have to worry about a thing. FYI---pre-wrap your furniture with blankets. That way you know it won't get damaged. We had no damage at all after a 1300 mi drive!
Made it easy They showed on time and was very business like.
On time and excellent service The team showed up on time and worked diligently to make sure I got the service requested and expected. SML needs to advertise more. I would have used your services more in the past had I known.
Everything went as promised. Great ongoing communication really helped.
Excellent service on both ends of my move!!! Excellent!!!
Great Service Your service is the best for people who are self movers.
Polite, efficient and wonderful I hired them to move my daughter in Buffalo NY when we could not be there due to bad weather. She describes the movers using one word, AWESOME! Thank you
