Moving from State to State SML, I wish you had more companies and crews for Western New York. The crew we had was supposed to pack and load because of our disabilities. That's NOT how it went. I ended up spending another day loading my truck- alone because my fiance had to go down and close on our house. The unloaders- excellent! First team great. Second team, not so much I think the first 2 guys were outstanding!! A few days later, we recalled for more help. The 2nd team was ok. But Josh was not the quality I had found the first team performance! He kept knocking my personal items off the table and bumping items!! For the expense we have to endure for moving, the 2nd experience was disappointing.
