Very very good This was the first time I ever hired movers to load and unload. Both teams were good, however the loaders were chatting a bit to much between themselves which came across as not working hard or taking there time. They were a bit slow. The boys that unloaded rocked it out without stopping and both had a smile on there face doing it. They were amazing. Thanks

Easiest part of my moving experience. Moving is no fun, but the two gentlemen sent to me by SML were so helpful, professional and competent that the experience was stress free from start to finish.
Excellent and professional Our movers were timely, professional and took great care of our furniture. They wrapped everything and it all made it to the destination without any damage. We have used SML many times and will again if the need arises.
Both Load Crews were first rate ,worked fast and safe. Mike and his crew helped my daughter on a previous move very professional.Load was packed such no damage could occur while transit . 4 stars great crew.
Office People =excellebt 2 College boys were terrible.Did not use granny area at all.MOST heavy things were placed up front properly (w/dryer) 3 recliners, & rolltop desk. 4 drawer file cabinet, things were just tossed someplace The rest of things -haphazardly tossed, some things overlapped, hid glass shelving in-between the truck wall and a larger item. Beware the nonrefundable Deposit The actual moving crew was excellent. However, corporate SML has a ludicrous policy to charge a customer a $150 nonrefundable charge if the move is cancelled after the original booking date. This is regardless of rescheduling or other communications. SML has not incurred expenses up to that point and the rationale to penalize $150 is incomprehensible. May competitors are readily available to provide moving services, at substantially much less cost and will not require a penalty if your mo... read more
Excellent experience. The gentlemen arrived slightly late as their GPS sent them in the wrong direction on Mayes Creek Road. However, when they arrived they were all business. They allowed us to direct the unloading in the manner we wished to have things placed in the house Our load was off the truck in less than an hour and a half.
