Great Service Great Friendly Service. Made our move much easier.
Great job and I was/am very pleassed with their work. On time, worked under our directions very well, good humor, friendly, and most of all they did it right.
Retrain movers Reported damage on floor in utility ,damaged furniture and no one call about it. The girl that booked the move was very friendly and schedule the movers on time . The group that loaders were ok. The two boys that unloaded was bad. Their damaged furniture, tore the flooring, put together the bed wrong ( fell apart when we went to bed the first night ) worked slow . One talk all the time , move slow and the other was new. Disappointed The loaders did a good job and were very professional. They had me sign the paperwork and then added an extra hour to their time. There was no way I could dispute it because I had already signed. Be sure they write in their finish time before you sign in. I won't be using SML again.
I would not use this service I ordered 3 movers only 2 showed up. It seems I was billed for all three. They did not listen to my recommendations. I asked them to put the heavy boxes on the bottom of the stack, it seemed when unloading most of the heavy book boxes were on top. I had 4 tie down straps and rope. Only 2 tie downs were used and very little rope.I had 2 dozen furniture pads, only six were used. Great service The crew that loaded our truck arrived on time and they worked very steadily. They were very careful with everything, and they provided a very professional experience. This particular crew were professional movers, and not just labor. We were very pleased with their work. SML was unable to provide help at our destination. I hope they will continue to expand their coverage.
I was satisfied with the service provided. For the most part, the team worked quickly and efficiently, one person more so than the other. I would have liked more care to be taken with the packing of the boxes containing fragile items.
Excellent choice!! Did their job efficiently!! We were very happy with the crew we had in NJ as well as the crew in Juno Beach Florida. They showed up on time, moved us efficiently and safely and were nice to work with!! We will definitely hire them for our next move!!!!
