Our roof is quite large and has many peaks and valleys. The crew was professional and efficient. They would arrive early in the morning and work until nightfall. They replaced the entire roof down to the plywood, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. We had an excellent experience with *** Home Pros and would highly recommend them to others.

We started off a little rough - but things improved. Even when rough- they were still trying their best, they just needed some experience in handling sales. They have now hired someone to help them with that -so that will be improving.Then we got to the install and the crew was absolutely amazing! Such a hard working crew and very courteous! This would have been a 5 star review except for glitches at beginning. Thank you for the gorgeous roof!
Overall very good job with craftsmanship. There was a miscommunication on the color that my wife and I wanted. We wanted a dark gray but recieved a dark brown (burnished slate). The problem wasn't with S and M roof customer service. But it was bc of paint colors on a paper, instead of actual metal paint samples. After the installation and corrections were completed, **** the owner called and talked to me and worked it out. **** and his company is a great company that will work with you and make things right.
**** and his team did an amazing job on our metal roof. We had an emergent situation, and he prioritized our roof, avoiding additional storm/water damage to our home. We would absolutely use this company again!
Shingle and Metal Roofs installed a standing seam roof for us. They did a really nice job and left the job site clean.

The crew knew what they were doing and made every step count. They cleaned up as they went along on the job.
