SMR installed a metal roof/gutters. The hits/excellent aspects were ... 1) work crew worked very hard and were accomodating 2) the pricing was lowered a few times, which was fair/flexible 3) the communication was fast/timely 4) the finished products looks spectacular 5) the clean up was extremely thorough 6) they meticulously sorted piles of aluminum and steel for me to take to recycling 7) The price was really good/fair for what all was done. A concern was with the communication. The work crew spoke almost all Spanish, with... read more
Had 3 windows installed, great work and service, would recommend them
the crew that installed my overhang soffit were very professional and thorough.
had an excellent experience with Shingle and Metal Roofs. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional.
Our roof is quite large and has many peaks and valleys. The crew was professional and efficient. They would arrive early in the morning and work until nightfall. They replaced the entire roof down to the plywood, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. We had an excellent experience with *** Home Pros and would highly recommend them to others.
Thank you SMR HOME PROS for the work you have done on my home. You guy's are very professional in every way, big *** to ****** thanks again.
We had an excellent experience with Shingle and Metal Roofs. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to ************************** and all the roofers! Thanks for the great job!
We started off a little rough - but things improved. Even when rough- they were still trying their best, they just needed some experience in handling sales. They have now hired someone to help them with that -so that will be improving. Then we got to the install and the crew was absolutely amazing! Such a hard working crew and very courteous! This would have been a 5 star review except for glitches at beginning. Thank you for the gorgeous roof!
Overall very good job with craftsmanship. There was a miscommunication on the color that my wife and I wanted. We wanted a dark gray but recieved a dark brown (burnished slate). The problem wasn't with S and M roof customer service. But it was bc of paint colors on a paper, instead of actual metal paint samples. After the installation and corrections were completed, **** the owner called and talked to me and worked it out. **** and his company is a great company that will work with you and make things right.
