Recently in the last 2 years or so we had our roof replaced by smr pros. We wanted a dark gray color but instead we received a burnished slate (a brown color). The problem was the sample pieces were on paper and not on the appropriate sample material. I mentioned the solution but i don't know if they fixed that problem yet. I spoke with the owner and we came to the agreement that he will work with me on the next project to make it right. In regards to your windows; window timeline is 5 weeks that is the manufacturer not us.
