Our upstairs unit finally bit the dust. When the first group came out to diagnose the problem, as well as to give us all of the options for replacement, they actually remembered installing the units 20 years ago! These guys did an excellent job on my mother and fathers AC system. Answered all of our questions and were very reasonably priced. Everyone we dealt or spoke with were so helpful. They even sent out a temporary unit so my father who had recently suffered a stroke was able to sleep in comfort. I strongly recommend using them.

HUGE shout out to Snellville Heating, Air & Plumbing! After limping along with a failing unit for several summers, I replaced my unit today. The most honest and sincere people I've ever been associated with or dealt with. I saw with my own eyes how on the very very rare occasion when a problem arose how these folks immediately jumped on the problem with both feet and promptly correct the problem.
