I asked for an explanation on why I was charged 10x the retail price for R22. Was told to expect a call back but no reply. Their justification was that is what everyone charges.

He shared with you that our pricing is an industry-standard. The retail cost will almost always reflect a lower price point. Hiring a company to purchase refrigerant and service your air conditioning system will reflect a higher price point as the service is done by highly trained professionals. Someone that I used to love, but sadly the company has changed. It used to be all about serving the customer. I used them for years, and even purchased a 3 year contract (which I will eat the last year of) because of the trust established. Maybe they should have stuck to just heating and air? The plumbing techs bad mouth each other. My HVAC duct work, which for 6 years was fine, was suddenly crap, and the 'gentleman' that came out to look at that said it looked like it was put together by joe beer can. After a new installation (AC AND FURNACE) in July 2016 I am a bit frustrated as a recent problem cannot be corrected or properly identified. After 4 service calls along with the Rheem representative the problem still exists. They did make every effort to address it but as of today no solution yet. Hoping for a resolution soon

Earlier this year these guys installed a new AC & furnace for me. The tech burned my siding & left without saying a word. After I found it, I was VERY mad. Long story short.....they fixed my siding & everything was fine. The other day THEY called & my scheduled my first maintance check. They gave me a window of 8 to 12. About 11:15 I get a call to notify me that the tech was running a little behind, but I was the next call & he would be there shortly. 2 hours later, still no tech. called to set up an appointment and told them and gave them the info of what part i needed...so after a $75.00 appointment fee and over$270.00 to install a capacitor we have cooling. we asked what the price would be and Jessica said the tech would quote price.

You did nothing but string me along today! We could've troubleshooted over the phone even yesterday, so that when Bruce FINALLY arrived after expiration of his window, my AC would've unfrozen by then, which would've allowed him to more properly diagnose the issue, if any. Disappointed beyond words! Btw, your so called 24 hour on-call service is a joke also!!
