For the last several months, I've been using the Snore Stop nasal spray to combat my excessive snoring, and it has made a world of difference! The instructions for how to take the pills is confusing - first one a half hour before bed then the second when you get in bed. Who goes to bed on such a schedule? When i called the service rep, she told me just to take both when getting into bed. I have been doing that and it seems to work fine. I sleep well and with much less snoring. My partner, though, still has heavier snoring. Also, I have just received the second shipment which I didn't need yet. I now have way too many pills. How do I slow down the third ship... read more
So far the snore stop has not stopped either my snoring or my coughing, so still not getting a good nights sleep. The nasal spray works efficiently and the throat spray seemed like it might really work to stop my coughing, but it only works at the time of the spraying. Sorry
